Objective:
Due to several incidences of cancer that have affected my family, at a young age I developed a life-long goal of conducting cancer research. I am adamant that a cure exists and will be found in my life time and I feel that Lancaster Labs is able to provide opportunities to be a part of this exciting research.


Experience:
As a Soldier in the United States Army for five years I was in charge of logistics, training and maintenance for equipment used in the prevention or detection of Chemical, Biological and Nuclear Weapons of Mass Destruction. I utilized Ion Mobility Spectrometers to detect the presence of chemical weapons in combat situations. As you can see in my resume, I have also conducted many tasks essentials to the mission for the United States Army. I was able to maintain multiple tracking systems for personnel, weapons and chemical equipment as being able to multi-task was crucial for the success of the unit.


Education:
I graduated from Mansfield University with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry in 2003. Courses in Advanced Organic Chemistry, Advanced Inorganic Chemistry and Qualitative Organic Chemistry instilled a proper lab technique and understanding of Chemistry that I can use to be an integral part a team. As an undergraduate I used functional group chemistry to find unknown compounds, to include testing for Ethers, Aldehydes, and Alcohols. Using Mass Spectrums, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrums, and Infrared Spectrums I was able to detect the chemicals that were being used.
