Objective:
Obtain a job in a Logistics or Security related field that is both challenging and diverse and where I can best use my skills, abilities and experiences.


Experience:
Management / Supervisory
· Supervised the implementation of a Military Installation’s physical security plan through the integration of the installation access authorization, crime prevention, internal law enforcement, security force activation and the use of the interior guard force.
· Managed the overall execution for the installation’s antiterrorism plan. This included ensuring working groups were scheduled and accomplished, management of the Antiterrorism Plan, conducting and imputing vulnerabilities into the Core, Vulnerabilities, and Assessment Program (CVAMP).
· Managed the maintenance and inspection of over 300 military vehicle assets and various other military and industrial equipment worth in excess of $200 million dollars.
· Managed the submission and processing of Equipment Repair orders (EROs) and parts requisition forms (EROSL’s) through the Marine Corps Integrated Maintenance Management System (MIMMS) from initial entry into the maintenance cycle until completion of maintenance and quality control inspections that returned the equipment to full a mission capable status.
· Supervised, trained, developed and evaluated over 200 junior and senior Marines in their career progression.
· Directly supervised the loading and off loading of motor vehicle assets on Maritime Pre-positioned Shipping and directed tactical training in the use of those assets in fording operations, night driving operations, and tactical combat convoy operations.

Organization/Administration
· Revamped the installation's Antiterrorism Working Group, which produced actionable action sets for tenants and the installation.
· Utilized fiscal resources and maintained budgetary requirements within a $100 million dollar plus annual budget.
· Arranged for the transportation, maintenance and redeployment of (4) M1A1 Abrams main battle tanks and the feeding, billeting and administrative needs of (24) Marines to and from the United Kingdom during joint NATO exercise.
· Tracked equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, service life and combat readiness of (68) M1A1 Abrams Tanks, (268) wheeled vehicle assets such as HMMVs, MTVRs and LVS and (25) bulk fuel and water storage containers.
· Directly supervised loading and off loading of motor vehicle assets and tactical training in the use of those assets in fording operations, night driving operations, and tactical combat convoy operations.

Communication
· Prepared, coordinated and published Military Installation policies, regulations, and operating procedures.
· Trained Marines on the detection, effects and symptoms, and defense of contamination resulting from the use of Nuclear, Biological or Chemical (NBC) weapons of mass destruction by terrorist cells or enemy forces.
· Departmental speaker to local community organizations explaining programs dealing with drug abuse, driving under the influence of alcohol and petty theft among juveniles.
· Coordinating with armor, artillery, and air support units for support and utilization of combined arms tactics.
· Managed field communications operations by the use of man pack VHF/UHF and satellite communications equipment.
· Coordinated, organized and spoke to Antiterrorism Working Groups, Threat Working Groups, town hall meetings and other large group of Marines and civilian works and family members.
· Police Departmental speaker to local community organizations explaining programs dealing with drug abuse, driving under the influence of alcohol and petty theft among juveniles

Leadership
· Supervised the over all preparation and recovery operations associated with force protection and natural disaster incidents aboard a major Marine Corps Installation with a population of over 8,000 civilians, service members and their family members.
· In support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Trained Foreign Military Forces in logistics, infantry tactics, basic military skills and leadership.
· Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of NBC Reconnaissance Vehicle Platoon of (16) Marines that utilized and maintained (4) M98 FOX NBC Reconnaissance Vehicles.
· Supervised prison inmate activities for a variety of inmates such as mentally impaired, general population, administrative segregated and Death Row inmates.
· Lead reconnaissance teams and Scout Sniper team deployment operations.





Security
· Performed armed and unarmed security duties to ensure the security and to prevent the escape of 1,200 violent felony offenders incarcerated by the State of Texas.
· Provided Transportation security for felony inmates leaving the institution and moving between other institutions and civilian medical facilities.
· As a City Police Officer, enforced traffic and parking Laws and issue citations as deemed necessary.
· Investigated and reported incidents of criminal activity.
· Directed location, construction, and camouflage of infantry positions and equipment.
