Responsible for personnel technical training and development, continuous improvement initiatives and the management and restructuring of bulk order fulfillment, customer service, sales administration, and logistics processes necessary to support anticipated growth. Primary goal was to instigate world-class functionality within the procurement, materials, customer service, order fulfillment, sales administration, logistics and operations departments. Chemicon International manufactures and distributes diagnostic reagents, immunochemicals, and medical diagnostic kits for the global pharmaceutical, medical diagnostic, and life science research markets from US and overseas manufacturing sites.
