I developed the public image of this company. Advertising and promotional materials we were able to gain good and fast public recognition. This also included all marketing for sales and service. I answered to all customers for company performance, community commitments and projects.
Set up a sales and service department for HVACR, plumbing and electrical for both residential and commercial services. I also provided residential and commercial clients with a complete inspection service prior to home purchases and prior to commercial building purchases. I then easily worked this into the sales of preventative maintenance contracts with new and old customers. Consulting services were also available for energy savings and construction projects in Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas.
