Experience: Military intelligence analyst with over 9 years experience in the intelligence community. Working knowledge of SIGINT analysis and exploitation including geospatial and network analysis, SIGINT tasking and reporting, Order of Battle development, all source analysis and counter terrorism. Collabaration and working relationship with other members of the IC community: military services, CIA, DIA, NSA, CENTCOM, PACOM, SOCOM, etc. Operation Iraq Freedom (OIF) experience supporting Special Operation Forces (SOF).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE- United States Air Force Intelligence Analyst, April 1999—Present
Weapons and Space Systems Analyst, Det. 1, AF ISR/Special Support Group, Ft. Meade, MD (September 2007-Present) - Maintain and direct tasking of priority space and weapons systems and provide daily situational reports to space community; Relay over 2,700 technical reports related to adversaries weapons and space system activities. - Develop collection strategies to satisfy special Air Force intelligence requirements via national assets; Author/contribute to 22 high virility foreign intelligence reports. - Assists engineers and collectors with development/testing of new equipment and processing techniques. - Coordinate analysis efforts, provides technical guidance and maintained Space Situational Awareness with customers from NSA, Air Force, Navy, CIA, Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Joint Space Operations Center (JSPOC), Defense Special Missile and Astronautics Center (DEFSMAC), State Department and partner countries.
NCOIC, Geospatial Metadata Analyst, Intelligence Fusion Cell-Tikrit, Iraq (August 2006-August 2007) - NCOIC for the National Intel Support Team Tikrit in support of Special Operations Forces; Lead analysis to perform GMA analysis against personalities, installations, and geographic areas, characterizations of target environments and organizational structures. - Responsible for multi-discipline collection management organic and tasked organized assets; Managed target deck of 70 high value individuals. - Utilize software that results in vital intelligence used to support tactical kinetic and non-kinetic operations, detainee interrogation support, source verification, and intelligence development; Assess over 2,000 multi-source analysis reports enabling interrogators to glean vital intelligence from detainees. - Fuse SIGINT with IMINT and HUMINT to produce long-term studies on high-interest topics of concerns to policy makers and senior commanders; Support 100 offensive combat missions in northern Iraq, which resulted in detention/death of 8 high value targets. - Created 200 target packages on terrorists linked to foreign fighter groups, IED cells, and anti-coalition forces which led to capture of 90 insurgents. - Identify key targets for actioning in Multi-National Division-North Ops area which 7 foreign fighters were apprehended.
SENSOR ACE Analyst, Det. 1, HQ AF ISR and Joint Proforma Center, Ft. Meade, MD (December 2005-July 2006) - Serve as HQ USAF advocate for special signal production efforts; interfaced with intelligence agencies to develop and improve exploitation for PROFORMA signals throughout Department of Defense (DoD). - Identify characteristics and capabilities of air, surface, subsurface and ground platforms and their associated weapons systems. - Sole Air Force analyst at the Joint Proforma Center (JPC); Maintain situational and tactical plot and collected data during required collection opportunities. - Provide technical support and guidance to four Operating locations and three mobile platforms; Directed $231K QRC deployment effort at RIVET JOINT site U.S. Central Command Air Force tasking. - Identify requirements for new databases and information sources and develop research methodologies; Coordinate short notice training for operators on PROFORMA system processor readying analysts for future missions.

Traffic Analysis Fusion Cell Technician, 381st Intelligence Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK (October 2001-September 2004) - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Traffic Analysis and Fusion Branch producing broad range of analytic products against targets political, military, economic, social, cultural, geographic, arms trafficking, force modernization, and other issues; filled many of key TOPI roles and functions. - Produce critical time sensitive reports to Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) directed reconnaissance missions and kept tactical commanders and war fighters abreast of significant activity within area of responsibility (AOR). - Collect high interest, time sensitive data on over 20 critical events leading to 20 reports arming national decision makers with necessary tools to shape defense policy. - Glean time-sensitive intelligence leading to 140 plus technical reports updating national level databases.

Meade, MD (October 2000-September 2001) - Assigned to the Global Response Operation Division; responsible for collection of foreign targets through modem, Digital Network Intelligence, Computer to computer traffic, Voice and telegraphy collection. - Conduct identification analysis, signal classification and target; issued over 150 time-sensitive reports and 20 tasking reports vital in the decision process of national level consumers. - Key contributor to numerous high priority exercises alerting key personnel of time-sensitive data; Rendered spot analysis during unique or critical situations.
