Objective:
I am a business development manager having a successful 8yrs experience in US and International sales, marketing and account management roles. I am seeking a professional opportunity to prove my skills to benefit companies and their clients by capitalizing my success at Oracle and Microsoft. I have been focusing on corporate, retail (HNI), SMB sales in U.S. and global markets, have dealt exclusively with financial services industry in NYC and around, managing account like Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, UBS etc.. and other fortune 500 companies like Sony, Pfizer, and Bristol Myers squib etc. I have been successfully achieving my sales targets YOY.

Work Experience:

1. Oracle Corporation (From June 07 – March 08) - Looking into sales / marketing and account management for Fortune 500 clients based in NYC NJ region. Selling Oracle, Siebel, Hyperion, BEA, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards etc... High-end technology products and solutions around Middleware and Database targeted at North American Strategic Accounts as a Manager – Business Development. Handling clients like Lehman Brothers, UBS, Morgan Stanley, Sony, Pfizer, and Bristol Myers Squibb etc...

2. Microsoft (From Aug 06 – April 07) - Looking into National sales / marketing of Microsoft services and solutions for the SME (small and medium enterprises) market. In a Project management role on a US$ 100 million sales and marketing project funded by Microsoft.

3. Mind-Infotech (Mar 05 – Jul 06) - A CMM level 5 software services company as Business Development Manager Looking into software services and solutions sales / marketing for the US market.

Job involves:

a) Complete Sales Cycle Implementation - Cold calling for lead generation, call conferencing and demos, making ppt presentations, preparing – RFI’s, RFP’s, organizing client visits, price negotiations and finally closing the deal.
b) Strategic Planning: Started the US operations for my company.

4. Kuoni Travels (Feb 97 to March 2000) and then again (Feb 02 to Jan 05) in their outbound incentive division called SOTC as Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate Sales). Kuoni is a Swiss travel company.
