C-Level Executive ready to assist high potential growth companies with initial public offering (IPO), SEC filing requirements, SOX compliance, and SAS-70 certification. I am a skilled leader in developing new corporate improvements through team links and public speaking expertise.
Experience:
Provider of professional CPA services throughout Washington State & Alaska. Practice niches included; Audit, Review, Compilation, Forensics Accounting, Fraud Detection and Loss Prevention. Also, tax returns prepared for trusts, corporations (including schedules M-1 & M-3), and individuals, on an international and individual basis.
Forty-five bidding packages were prepared, completed and submitted for request for proposals (RFP’s), for state projects, non-profit organizations, municipalities and venture capital – start-ups. Created institutional and investor presentations for project review committees, CEO’s, and Board of Directors.
Developed strategic plans, business plans, budgets, cash forecasts, pro-forma financial statements, variance analysis, cost/price modeling, etc., over the course of the CPA Firms existence by accepting the risk of daily operational control of the Firm, as President & CEO.
