Objective:
Formerly a developer for 8 years in Lotus Notes Domino R5 with PCLP (Principal Certified Lotus Professional) certification and 8 years administration at V7.0 (with 6.5 CLP certification), Technical Support for customers, applications and servers and the Lotus environment are my mainstay. At IBM's world-wide Development and Test Environment centre performed as Technical Lead for Lotus Notes & Domino and for Lotus Enterprise Integrator (LEI)
Led the customization and implementation of Tivoli for Domino in the business unit well ahead of schedule.
Repatriated the organization's process for Server ID and User ID creation increasing the group's autonomy and reducing all round wait-time.
Studied and deployed web browser security (SSL) onto network of 80 servers improving security measures.
Installed from-scratch or upgraded approximately 200 servers' middleware from one version to the next, delivered the services remotely to corporate standards on time and with a target of zero errors. Helped grow the business from 80 to 200+ servers.
Launched an automated Customer Welcome Letter process articulating services and hardware purchased resulting in satisfied customers and a customer database for the company.
Authored several time saving utilities: Fast-Fill-In function for groups; DB2 scripting functions to catalog databases and nodes; ID Creation buttons which script the Unix commands for DB2 and AIX user ID's.
