Collaborate with customer assistance representatives for DLA, GSA, and AMC Item Managers to track, expedite and maintain consistent logistics support for a 120 person operation 7 days a week 12 hours a day. Create material requisition and justifications for material and equipment based upon Statement of Work, Basis of Equipment listing, Letters of Technical Direction and mission requirements. Independently pursue potential logistics and technical data issues for over 200 makes and models of equipment. Manage all areas of supply and procurement (MILSTRIP) as well as turn in for site operations. Provide professional and policy guidance to Standard Army Maintenance System operators and Parts Handlers and other supply personnel in order to maintain accountability and operational readiness. Manage site issuance of government property items and the required preventive maintenance schedules for over 800 items. Create and produce material and service requisitions through both the military and company Subcontract Administrators. Provide onsite solutions and repairs for minor IT issues on printers, scanners and desktop computers. Utilize industrial lift equipment for materials movement and have maintained a zero incident rating.
