Summary:
• Sr.UNIX Administrator/Tech Lead having more than 12 years of extensive experience in Systems Administration on UNIX (HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Linux, Irix (SGI)).
• Extensive hands-on background in HP-UX OS Upgrades, HP-UX Logical Volume Manager (LVM), MC/Serviceguard, Continental Cluster, SAM and Server Crash Recovery, MirrorDisk/UX, Sun Solaris Installation, Configuration & Upgrades, Linux Install & upgrade.

ONGC-IRS department with an existing network of HP workstations implemented another additional 4 HP 712 diskless workstations to remote boot from HP C-Class workstation.
Responsibilities:
Configuring of the workstations to remote boot from C-class workstation running HP-UX 10.20 using industry standard NFS diskless cluster. These 712 Workstations are also configured as X-Terminals for the C–class Workstations. This helps central administration of resources & users with advantage of Client server processing.

HPMC Error Analysis [Bharat Vijay Mills, Kalol]
BVM with Central Enterprise resource server running Oracle with HPUX 10.20 on a PA-RISC HP 9000/D Class server. There was problem of D-Class server panicking frequently with HPMC errors.
Responsibilities:
This is a critical case as it is the central resource server with normally around 200 users working at any point of time. The fault diagnosis and HPMC error analysis was done at customer site, it turned out to be a data cache fault on the one of the CPU. The CPU Card was changed and problem got resolved.
