For the MDS Project Jagged Peak will send Work Orders to Web methods, which will map the fields to IDoc Type LOIPRO01. This IDoc will create Production Orders in SAP, which is comparable to Transaction CO01.

• Created an Inbound Function Module to run transaction CO01 with IDoc LOIPRO01
• Worked on an Outbound IDoc interface, which triggers when reservation is created at the time of creation orders. The entire stock requirement list at the material-plant level that are sent to web methods.
• Developed a BADI for MIRO transaction and made the amount field as mandatory.
• Created a new SAP report that list out the Inventory as per the Cycle count in Warehouse using ALV. This report list out Sum of Book quantity, Sum of Quantity, Sum of Val Book amount and Sum of difference amount.
• Created a new SAP report that list out the Cycle Count Total for the Warehouse. This Report list out the grand totals of all the above values for the selected Warehouses.
• Created a report and downloading the BOMs data to the UNIX file and this file consisting of Header, Detail and trailer Records according to the SCITS (Supply Chain Information Transfer System) specification.
