Responsible for all quality/environmental health and safety related activities for the company. This includes maintaining the Quality Management System, organizational metrics, continuous improvement activities, as well as day to day QC/QA leadership.
o Implemented an ISO9000 compliant quality Management System, successfully ready for registration in 10 months.
o Coordinated the definition of the complete value stream from customer contract to product shipment.
o Assigned the responsibility as the companies “change manager” to complete a 14 month organizational re-definition to support a 70% increase in capacity. The actual change netted a better than 100% capacity improvement.
