Experience: I am currently employed with a company in which I am the MP2 system administrator dedicated to initializing, updating, maintaining and training Lab Management Team as well as Procurement & Maintenance of Lab Supplies, Inventory, and Equipment. Design and creation of Archive Reports within the DVI computer system as well as coordinating and communicating results with all Departments of management and corporate teams. Profit Improvement Administrator which assists in the development and maintenance of a Standard Operating Procedures Program for all departments. Accounting & A/P Administrator responsible for coding, reporting, returns, and credits of all Lab purchases and invoices. Payroll Administrator responsible for weekly payroll, systems upgrades, training, employee data record maintenance and system reporting. Property Management Coordinator responsible for reporting and administering work crews for facility repairs and preventative maintenance as well as maintaining and filing regulatory reports to local & Federal authorities. Responsible for correcting any annual fire inspection violations. Establish P/M contracts as well as hazardous waste disposal. Custodial Team manager responsible for training, administering, developing and facilitating work schedules without compromising the production floor. I have also been responsible for Quality Improvement within a production environment responsible for computer program updates, maintenance, improvement and production issues. I have also been a New Product Auditor responsible for aesthetic and physical testing as well as recording and data input of all measurements of frames and lenses in which the entire computer system draws its data. I have experience as a Production Supervisor in which I laid out, produced, and trained new personnel and initiated techniques that gave attention to detail as well as efficiency. I have facilitated operation systems focused on the employee, their growth, and their participation with the teamwork environment.
