PROJECT MANAGER/IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER II. MCI, Vienna, VA November 2000- July 2005. Manage all aspects of the implementation process for National and Corporate accounts to include site surveys, equipment selection, and order preparation. Oversees the engineering of complex telecommunications local and Long-distance services, LAN and WAN service solutions. Knowledgeable with implementing a variety of circuits such as T-1, DS-3, OC-48, IP/VPN, Internet services, Frame Relay, Voice over IP, Private Line services, etc. Performs telecommunications engineering site surveys, develops Bill of Material (BOM) list, installation specifications, cost estimates and budget analysis. Plans and directs engineering, installation, maintenance projects, prepare and presents briefing to the CEO, CIO and/or IT Managers. Develops policies, guidelines, and standards for the planning, development, integration, implementation, and evaluation of information technology systems and subsystems. Analyzes statutory requirements against existing directives to assess the degree of change necessary to comply with new requirements, coordinates comments on revised directives and incorporates comments or resolves issues into the final directive. Analyzes feasibility studies, proposals, and in-depth analyses of current requirements and forecast trends and future needs. Kept abreast of changing and emerging technology. Developed and prepared and instruction guideline for the processing and installation of IP/VPN for sales, management and co-workers. Utilize MS Project as a tool to organize the project and to ensure that we meet the customers’ expectations.
December 1999 – November 2000: IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER I. Promoted to this position to manage all aspects of the implementation process for Major and Government accounts to include site survey, equipment selection and order preparation. Working with a client base of 30+. Worked closely with Venders and company POC’s to ensure a smooth transition to the MCI network. Supervised the Implementation Coordinator. June 1999-December 1999: IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR. Provided support for the Implementation Engineers. Working with a client base of approximately 30+ major and government accounts. Verified each order to ensure it is a clean order to submit downstream. Tracked the completion of each order. Provided support to customers when Implementation Engineers are unavailable. Verified that each account number assigned to customers were correct. During my off time I took the time to learn the position of Implementation Engineer, and completed on-line training through WorldCom University. Displayed to management an eagerness to learn in order to be considered for any future openings that may occur which later afforded a promotion to IE (Implementation Engineer)
MORTGAGE SPECIALIST / MANAGER. 1st Financial Services, Fayetteville, NC (1995-99). Began as a Loan Officer then quickly excelled in this position, which required excellent sales, marketing strategy, customer service, decision making, and problem solving skills. When promoted to Manager, utilized many different sources to obtain information to satisfy the analytical review process of the Public Financial Disclosure and Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports. Average closing was 5+ monthly.

Because of my exceptional work performance, excellent attitude, and superior work performance, was promoted in the following: 1994-95: Adult Intensive Probation Parole Officer.
