• Managed Incident Resolution for quick batch recovery services relating to application and production processing.
• Selected, project managed, implemented and maintained an electronic file transfer solution (UNIX based) for clients, replacing the legacy magnetic tape media process. This accelerated the delivery of the file to the client in a secured and efficient manner and significant cost savings on mailing the tape, and reprocessing costs for creating lost media.
• Managed the planning and implementation of the Application and Software changes to Production Systems to ensure service level commitments were not impacted for production platforms.
• Developed a data gathering and delivery solution in meeting monthly reporting requirements for Sarbanes-Oxley compliancy.
• Developed the team from a low performing team to a highly motivated, highly respected and most dedicated team in the organization. Team members received nominations for best performance.
• Introduced a monthly meeting with the Developments to discuss production issues, possible permanent solutions to recurring or chronic issues and the quality of Production Releases.
