Experience:
Highly skilled and accomplished Project Manager with nine (9) years of experience managing large scale national technology refresh projects (hardware, OS and COTS and Customized software applications). Extensive experience in working with senior-level clients and end users having urgent IT related problems with a very keen ability to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner and with the utmost customer satisfaction possible given the circumstances.

Project/Client Engagement Manager (HP 2004 – 2008)
• Managed numerous simultaneous IT projects across multiple AT&T business units including the management of client technical SOW requirements, project budgets and costs, infrastructure changes (e.g., network, server, mainframe, application, etc.,), contract compliance, AT&T primary liaison activities and overall project planning.
• Mentored and trained on-site and remote HP field service technicians (as necessary given the particular project).

This also included the daily interaction with the AT&T DR Teams and the ongoing changes to the contingency plans to ensure that the monthly exercise was successful.

• Project Manager and Team Lead for all aspects of any hardware or software national deployments for a 32,000 end user base.
• Developed processes and procedures for each deployment and actively trained the field service technicians to ensure that each project would successfully be executed on time and within budget.

Senior Technical Support Manager / Account Manager / Account Representative - AT&T (1987 – 1999)
• Managed, trained and mentored 16 customer support representatives in their day-to-day activities.
• Performed technical support and repair for PCs including the necessary trouble shooting of hardware and software related problems and developing processes and procedures for training field service technicians.
• Active participant in the national email conversion project to Microsoft Exchange.
