Maintain facility to high quality operating standards and keep within State regulations and codes. Monitor water temperature levels within specific parameters. Maintain proper air quality throughout the facility through filtration and scheduled outside preventative maintenance. Record all maintenance activities, supervise outside contractors and keep all necessary maintenance items in stock. Perform all aspects of facility maintenance.

I’m always looking for ways to improve upon an already outstanding facility. I’ve developed and implemented several new preventative maintenance techniques to help facility operations function at nominal levels. I plan and coordinate State mandated fire drills and troubleshoot procedures for optimal results on a continuing basis.

Specializing in decorative metal ceilings, marble tile and historic preservation.
