Process Manager II - Tipton Inserting Department, Aug 2006 to Oct 2007
Requested to return to Tipton to assist inserting in developing processes to improve the performance of the department, specifically in the areas of on-time delivery and through-put stabilization. Oversee 91 employees on three shifts working on a variety of machines that produced 850,000 pieces of mail per day. Set machines to run up to 600 different jobs daily.
• Decreased overtime during the first six months by 50% over the previous year. Financial performance of the plant improved and on-time delivery of mail increased to 99.1%.

Quality Assurance Analyst*, 2002 to 2006
Researched, developed and installed quality and process improvement programs for all six facilities in Iowa.
• Developed costing tools to better understand pricing structures and error costing.
• Developed Cost of Quality protocol.
• Trained up to 3,000 managers and operators in all facilities on Six Sigma and other quality programs.
• Installed ¡§Top Ten¡¨ process writing initiative for all Mailing Service facilities.
