Manage and respond to a high volume of issues and action items as they arise such as maintenance of facilities equipment and office supplies. Request purchase orders, office supplies and internal stationary through company SAP Supplier Management System (SRM). Invoice processing through SAP. Process and preparation of new hire paperwork request and route to appropriate internal departments to coordinate company server access, desktop, telephone, building and access badge. Vendor building access badges. Coordinate travel and transportation arrangements for Manager and staff. Calendar and schedule meetings through Microsoft Outlook and building conference center. Administrative support to Senior Vice President of Admissions managing his daily calendar, coordinate travel arrangements when necessary, prepare department staff timesheets, and process department and campuses admissions staff expense reports. Provide support to other executive management staff members. Prepare and update various admissions reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis selecting information from a variety of sources and distribute to executive management and campus admissions management.
