Interact with compliance, legal and finance daily to perform a variety of tasks and solutions. Oversee investigation of credit risk and monitor bad debt risk. Implement process to improve cash flow, boost receivables and accomplish goals Monitor credit lines accounts and prevent loss ratio. Maintain monthly goals below 2.0. Work closely with senior management to maintain bank and customer satisfaction. Review daily report to prevent credit risk and account conditions. Update credit reports, resolve inaccurate credit reporting on loans and disputes
Contact customers and collect on past due accounts and offer account resolutions if needed.
Loan service analyst collects on delinquent accounts. Maintains good customer satisfaction with borrowers, and successfully solves problems in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers.
Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining the organization’s policies and procedures, Maintain performance and productivity standards.
Handle escalated calls; perform skip tracing as required and basic clerical duties.
