Technical Support Representative

Siemens IT Solutions and Services Inc, Mississauga, Ontario
Duties: Responsible to handle both hardware and software calls in a high volume call center environment from end-users. Support local and network printers and applications such as SAP, Lotus Notes, Blackberry Enterprise Activation, VPN, Ipass, AS/400, SecurID, Cimpro and E-Term, MainFrame. Log calls using Clarify and HP OpenView Service Center ticketing systems. Responsible to solve problems with the customer on the phone utilising tools such as LanDesk (remote login tool), or escalating to more senior staff. Install software on to the end-users PC using a Distribution Server upon request. Responsibilities also include adding new users and their European VoiceMail setup.

SAP Technical Analyst
Kraft Canada, East York, Ontario June 2006 – January 2007
Duties: Planned and implemented the SAP system and performed ongoing SAP system configuration. Perform SAP system monitoring and support. Creating and resetting end-user passwords. Setting up and administering SAP print services and queues. Recorded all new parts into an Excel spreadsheet.

Duties: Conduct quality tests such as FBI, coder and EBI. Complete production and check sheets. Operating various packaging machines including filler, labeller, packer and palletizer. Maintain a proper housekeeping during the shift. Perform all the Quality checks during the Production. Verify that all required raw materials are available for production.
