Objective:

• Provide help desk support to network of 800+ users
• Identify problems regarding computers, peripheral devices, connections and other related equipment; troubleshoot, repair or report problems to supervisor as necessary
• Deliver timely and effective services to campus wide PC users requiring technical assistance or information and refer requests to supervisor as appropriate
• Assist in installing, troubleshooting, configuring digital and analog telephones
• Assist in installing, troubleshooting, Windows 95/98/2000/XP and configuring software to provide user’s access

• Make Straight through and Cross-Over Cables
• Maintain cleanliness of telecommunication rooms and closets.
