Store Human Resources Manager (SHRM)
Personally responsible for the entire execution of the store HR processes, transactions and file maintenance for multiple locations averaging 150-240 associates with sales ranging from $35-$52 million annually. I successfully established myself as a Human Resources liaison and business partner for senior management. I have earned a positive reputation for conducting outstanding internal investigations and resolutions of labor related issues, such as but not limited; to Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Worker's Comp. performance and policy violations.

ACHIEVMENTS:
• Assigned stretch assignments of mentoring new SHRMs in neighboring stores.
• Assigned additional HR Manager duties for neighboring stores without a SHRM.

Employee Relations
• Reduced formal (EEOC) complaints by 100% in every store assignment.

2001-2003 Mainline Mechanical Morrisville, PA
Human Resources Project Manager
Contract position to review and revise the company's Human Resources and Employee Relations program. The company was seeking to update and become legally compliant with their HR Policies and Procedures for their growing business.

ACHIEVMENTS:
• Established myself as a reliable HR liaison to the Field Site Managers.
• Revised and implemented the Employee Handbook Policy and Procedures.
• Developed and executed the new Employee Relations Procedures for Mgt.
• Developed new user friendly HR forms for field Mgt. use.

The position was eliminated when the company lost key nationwide contracts and all HR functions were returned to the corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

ACHIEVMENTS:
• Employee based lawsuits declined 100% under my tenure.
• Established myself as an HR presence in the field and addressed Employee/Labor Relations issues in both Union and Non-Union facilities.
• Implemented new and improved policies to the field increasing productivity as well as an increase in recruitment of nurses to 85% in a prison environment.

1997 - 2000 Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Boston, MA
Human Resources Compliance Manager
Hired as part of a task force to address Human Resources issues, such as illegal business practices relevant to Title VII, etc. plaguing the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) in the media and political arenas.

ACHEIVMENTS:
• Successfully investigated Title VII allegations of Harassment, Discrimination, Retaliation as well as Labor issues in a 30+ Union Environment.
• Investigation results/reports were used for the legal defense of formal MCAD/EEOC and Labor Relations cases.
• Certification in Dispute Mediation & Arbitration.
• Stretch assignment to Statement Prep. Coach.
• Developed and implemented several trainings and new programs such as Veteran's Policy, Hotline Dispatcher and Employee Assistance Orientation Procedure.
• Successfully promoted a cultural change in a multi-labor union atmosphere through leading by example and Employee Relations trainings in accordance to Government mandates.
