Objective:
A position to accelerate change and shape policies required for the conduct of America’s Global War on Terrorism, and related national security, counter/anti-terrorism, physical security, continuity of operations, special operations, security preparedness, prevention, response and education programs in support of the national strategy for US corporations.

Experience:
Nearly 15 years of outstanding Defense Department Special Operations/Special Forces, US Government civilian special operations, intelligence security service, continuity of operations and critical infrastructure preparedness and support including:

• Providing Protective Security Detail (PSD) and special operations for various US Government missions overseas.
• Ensuring reliable Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) policy support, protective services and other special operations missions critical to various US Government and DoD initiatives.
• Providing objectively measurable intelligence and operational support requirements for the US Government.

SENIOR CONSULTANT / DoD - Continuity of Operations Planning Program Analyst (COOP), LEVEL II Anti-terrorism Officer; Feb 2007 to Present

Support DoD Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) program support and critical asset management initiatives. Support development and implementation processes for DoD client's Antiterrorism/Force Protection, Critical Infrastructure Protection and COOP.

Supporting current ATFP/CIP assessment team, to enhance command decision capability. Execute a consistent repeatable process to ensure COOP preparedness, protection and security measures for client's bases, stations and personnel.

Conduct research and analysis to execute consistent repeatable COOP recommendations.

Develop courses of action for COOP assessment in support of activities to protect DoD personnel and assure operational capabilities. Assist with implementing COOP management programs, review publications, instructions, directives and evaluations including information and position papers, concept of operations and operations updates.

Perform intelligence, threat, and COOP research and analysis functions during real world operations and exercises.

Review and analyze daily open source data provided by Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), review and analyze classified information sources and threat streams, and support the client by providing the latest threat assessments and conclusions to establish best practices and preferred courses of action to provide for optimum force protection, COOP and CIP planning.

US GOVERNMENT/DoD/CIVILIAN CONTRACTOR, PROTECTIVE SECURITY DETAIL, DEPLOYMENT OPERATIONS SUPPORT - Support of US Government initiatives; July 2006

• Provided operational, logistic, and readiness support for future deployed personnel.

US GOVERNMENT/DoD/CIVILIAN CONTRACTOR, PROTECTIVE SECURITY DETAIL, SPECIAL OPERATIONS FORCES, COMBAT MEDICAL SUPPORT - Support of US Government Initiatives; June 2003 to 2005

• Supported US Government operations critical to mission success in various areas of operation; 2003-2004.
• Supported the operations of multiple US Government initiatives related to various operations covering the spectrum of security and related special operations including:

-Execution of Force Protection/Protective Security Detail Plans and Missions.
-Improving the protection of dignitaries and other high-risk individuals in a complex combat area of operations.

Applied emergency and life saving medical treatments during search and rescue operations, including the recovery of downed Aircrews and Aerospace Hardware, NASA Space Shuttle launches and recovery rescue support, and special tactics in support of joint special operations forces during peace and combat operations.

UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS - 2D Reconnaissance Battalion, 2D Marine Division, Fleet Marine Force; December 1981 to 1987

Performed amphibious and ground reconnaissance in support of the 2D Marine Division, Marine Expeditionary Unit. Collected and reported intelligence through clandestine surveillance essential to Marine Corps operations. Conducted tactical recovery of aircraft personnel, maritime interdiction operations and special missions.
