o Established unique, comprehensive, challenging, and realistic training programs for communications teams to compete.
o Established relationships in Poland and the former East Germany by planning and conducting exercises for the first time in over 60 years.

• Chief Information Officer, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) (200 person) Headquarters, Fort Bragg, North Carolina (June 1998 – June 1999)
o Designed a communications facility to maintain contact from Fort Bragg, with Special Forces teams distributed across Africa and Europe
o Participated in the first pilot team which evaluated forces in Ethiopia and Uganda to lead the African Crisis Response Initiative

• Chief of Sensitive Communication Activities, US Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Germany, and Bosnia (June1994 – May 1998)
o Responded to many rapid reaction missions: including Secretary of Commerce Brown’s aircraft crash, evacuation of the Embassy in Liberia, and various missions in Bosnia
o Administered two highly sensitive focal point programs for US Army, Europe


• Commander/CEO, 327th Signal Company (150 person), Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and Mogadishu, Somalia (June 1992 - May 1994)
o Responsible for accountability and maintenance of over 37 million dollars worth of communications and support equipment
o Deployed and led a communications company to support the Department of Defense established headquarters for operations in Somalia
