Experience: Gables Academy, Stone Mountain, GA Math, Physics, and Chemistry teacher, April 2005-Present
Gables academy is a private nonprofit special education school. I have been teaching there for about a year. I teach math, physics and chemistry mainly. My math classes include pre-algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Precalculus. We have LD, ADD, and ADHD students. This gives me an experience of teaching the kind of kids that I don’t normally teach during my other tutoring job. I really enjoy this new environment.
