Objective:
To call upon my extensive experience in order to prioritize and effectively address Information Systems needs to ultimately achieve high levels of end user satisfaction.


Experience:
 Supervised both NE US and Canada desktop support for Sealed Air Corp.
 Responsible for Regional IS Team Quarterly budgets.
 Successfully kept SLA targets at 70% closed within a 24 hour period.
 Led global project migration plan from Novell to Active Directory; organized training for technicians and end users.
 Administrated both Novell and Active Directory infrastructures.

• Supervised 27 locations with a total of 3,000 users.
• Locally and remotely managed 5 employees and 2 contractors.
• Interviewed and trained new employees as well as consultants.
• Responsible for work schedules, evaluation and salary reviews as well as hiring and termination of employees and contractors.
• Prepared weekly meetings with team and followed up with meeting notes and action items.

• Administrated all territory computer rights, shares and printers.
• Supported sales with VPN and wireless networking issues.
