Objective: Sixteen years of experience in providing technical and tactical training, doctrinal instruction, doctrine development, student evaluations, system testing and Analysis. Provide training instructions on assigned subjects. To include: Basic Analysis, Analyst notebook, AXIS PRO, Signature Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) and Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) Maintain familiarity with Army operation and lesson learned within OIF/OEF. Experience: Serves as the Analyst Notebook, Site Expoitation and Siginal Intelligence (SIGINT) subject matter expert for Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT). Prepares and Intructs Digital Integration and Analysis classes using SBCT Intelligence warfighting systems. Developed and facilitated the creation and integration of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) for integration of Analyst Notebook and SIGINT operation into Brigade operations. Instructs Tactical Site Exploitation and Analysis teaching soldier to analyze material, equipment and documents to conduct predictive analysis and produce actionable intelligence. Provide training support to the Tactical Operations Center for the SBCT CAPSTONE.
Served as the subject matter expert and training developer/instructor for the Stryker Brigade Combat Team Multi-Sensor Platoon. Develop, revise, and present courses of instruction on integration of MASINT Systems and PROPHET systems within SBCT and Army transformation. Developed and facilitated the creation and integration of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) for the overall PROPHET/MASINT teams to ensure readiness for world wide deployment within a 96 hour time period. Advise key leaders on system integration into the Brigade scheme of manuever. Develop training scenerios based on potential real world deployment for PROPHET and MASINT operation. Performs system validation evualation and operational testing for the REMBASS II AMDS and AN/PPS-5D. Oversee the development of team crew and battle drills to create and establish cohesive and effecient teams for overall mission success and team surviveability. Responsible for the developing of MASINT amd PROPHET integration scenarios in support of SBCT intergration training exercise.
Instructed and facilitated Military Intelligence Organization and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets to the Military Intelligence Captains Career Course (MICCC), Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course (MIOBC) and Military Intelligence Officer Transition Course (MIOTC). Developed and instructed various intelligence classes providing instruction in asset cueing of various sensor platforms/intelligence systems to provide full situational awareness. Presented general over on Digital Tactical Operations Center (DTOC) to Military and civilian senior leadership. Provided guidance and input for Military Intelligence doctrine, verification and operational testing of final manual drafts of new equipment for production.
