Financial Controller for $180M/800 employee Information Technology Services BU. Direct reports include FP&A Manager, Operations Controller and Accounting Manager, total staff of 11 employees. Department provides financial support to CIO which includes executive briefings to SAIC senior management team (CFO, COO, CEO), quarterly forecasts, periodic reporting, and financial administration for large IT departments and service centers.
• Adopted leasing strategy for IT hardware that utilized SAIC’s strong credit rating to improve SAIC’s cash flow and reduced disposal cost/environmental risk.
• Supported user acceptance testing/system design and initial pilot of Deltek Costpoint accounting system and Hyperion planning and reporting tool.
• Consolidated 22 service centers with a value of $50M to a corporate flat tax. This effort eliminated three million accounting entries annually and the associated suspense re-work.

Corporate FP&A Manager for $6B Fortune 500 company. Three person department responsible for developing sophisticated planning tools, end user training, and scheduling senior management reviews to support the company wide annual plan and quarterly forecast.
