Controller
• Area of responsibility for 5 retail & 2 service locations generating $27 Million in revenue

• Initiated Corporate Restructuring plans to address declining revenue and deterioration of the sub-prime portfolio resulting in annualized savings of $1.2 Million and discontinuing unprofitable locations
• Collaborated with executive management to implement strategic initiatives resulting in opening a new company generating over $1.0 Million in annual revenue
• Coordinated with tax consultants resulting in tax savings/deferment of $0.6 Million in taxable income
• Handled the “discovery” portion of the dispute resolution coordination with the Ohio Attorney General resulting in a reduction of proposed penalties by $0.1 Million
• Secured an additional $8.0 Million Line of Credit to fund the growth of the operation through writing and presenting business plans to financial institutions
