Present:

Directly supports the property management requisites for the entire Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Army.

August 2003 to September 2007:

Title: Headquarters & Operations Officer, Marine Corps Institute Company (MCI), Washington Navy Yard DC.

Ensured the successful completion of a new Marine Corps wide testing method for MCI as project manager and received a Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal, March of 2007 for efforts.

Managed the annual/semi-annual requirements of 105 employees constantly as Headquarters & Operations Officer.

Produced over 50 nominations letters for all students attending formal military education training.

Coordinated and administrated confidential fiscal/statistical data with the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy of Operations.

Gave power point presentation in briefing to over 45 new additions to MCI Company.

Additional duties performed:

Contracts and Procurement MCI Company:

Briefed Logistics Officer and Chief on the conditions of all 110 MCI course/materials and maintained all data pertaining to procurement and statistical reports. Produced approximately 540 acquisition estimations and submitted contracts to the Government Printing Agency.
