My objective is to secure a position in which I would have the opportunity to lead a professional management team for the next 10+ years; placing emphasis on planning and analysis before a project begins. The potential success of the project is determined with the initial review of the design requirements, and then it is actually realized when first the design and specification documentation phase and then the construction process itself is managed properly. The goal being to ensure that the best value is obtained and that it is delivered within budget and on time. I would hope to inspire the individual team members to pursue excellence and provide them the opportunity to grow professionally.

MANAGEMENT PROFILE

Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives. Willa A. Foster

I have a passion for excellence in construction as well as excellence in the construction process. Great communication between all parties – client, design team, construction team, the governing municipal jurisdiction, and if appropriate, the end users, is the first and best tool needed to make that happen.

Extensive and varied experience – As a successful entrepreneurial executive I have more than 30 years of P&L responsibility in commercial and remodeling projects, as well as production, multifamily, and custom residential projects. This gives me a proven track record of exceeding the client’s expectations while meeting the budget and the schedule, which creates repeat business and profitable projects.

Catalyst to creative problem solving – Whether starting with a client and architect to design a project, or taking existing plans and analyzing them, I always start with the end in mind. I lead a professional management team to plan and analyze every aspect before a project begins in light of budget to set project up for success, eliminating problems before they occur. We then use goal-oriented management through the construction process to assure that the best value is delivered to our customer.
