Objective:
OBJECTIVE:

Experience:
• Set up standard test apparatus or devises test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational and environmental tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototypes or production models.
• Analyze and interpret test data.
• Adjust, calibrate, align and modify circuitry and components and record effect on unit performance.
• Maintenance and repair of communications and electronic test equipment.
• Ability to problem solve, prioritize work to be done, exceptional time management skills.
• Prepare technical reports and develop charts, graphs and schematics to describe and illustrate systems operating characteristics.
• Diagnoses causes of electrical or mechanical malfunctions or failures of operational equipment.
• Operate digital multi-meters, oscilloscope, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, solenoid and other electrical equipment and components, PLC’s and microprocessors.
• Replacement of defective wiring and components using hand tools and soldering iron.
• Read dials, or digital displays which indicate electronic characteristics, such as voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance and capacitance.
• Examine alignment of parts and measure parts for conformance to specified dimensions, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges.
• Examine layout and installation of wiring, cables, subassemblies, hardware and components to detect errors.
• Assemble experimental circuitry (breadboards) or complete prototype models according to engineering instructions, technical manuals and knowledge of electronic systems and components.


Education:
2004: ITT Technical Institute, Liverpool, NY
Associate degree in Computer Engineering and Electronic Technology with a
3.50 GPA.
2000: NY State High School Diploma - Onondaga County BOCES
