Assist Parts Coordinator with parts to be returned and parts being sent out for repairs.§ Inventory and zero counts in Maintenance department.§ Create, modify and enter data for financial reporting.§ Typing, filing, phone, coping, transcribing, faxing, graphics, computer, (Microsoft Office Programs, AS400, Prism, JD Edwards, Internet, Simplex, Kronos, Quicken, MP2), calculations (touch-key), order supplies as needed, take notes in meetings, e-mail, switchboard.§ Other job duties as assigned.
