I’ve a Master degree of Public Health (MPH) with emphasis on community health from the University of Texas-Houston School of Public Health.

I've experience in hazmat incidents, as well as in "Chemical - Biological, and radiological warfare agents. Currently I’m the Regional Director of the Advance Hazmat Life Support (AHLS) from the University of Arizona. Region No.16 - Mexico.

I've experience in managing and coordinating staff.

My knowledge and experience in toxicology also include consumer products, household chemicals, industrial chemicals, heavy metals, hydrocarbons, solvents, pesticides, environmental toxins and venoms, drugs of abuse, inhalants and more.

During the past 20 years I’ve been working in Poison Centers. Since 1986 I’ve assisted more than one hundred thousand patients exposed to all kind of substances.
