Objective: Provide administrative support to Facilities Team, process work orders and all Office Service requests and responsible for ensuring work flow and efficient service for all Parsippany properties. Process Office Service Requests and resolve any issues for the Parsippany office and manage the C-Cure Security Building card access system and FM systems space work request and move modular, along with preparing support tasks including: plotting drawings, filing ordinals, and update complete sets of CAD drawings. I am also responsible for processing high volume department invoices and review vendors invoices for accuracy ensure timely payment and resolve vendor/facility issues if any. Parts of my responsibilities are to print monthly financial reports from the Oracle system. This is to ensure that our monthly invoices are being processed and the vendors are being paid accurately and on time. This is a benefit to the department because; I can track the expenditures and ensure we remain under budget. As a facilities specialist I Mange all Corporate Compliance and vendor in handling record retention, removal and disposition services and manage the off-site warehouse storage inventories and ensure cost maintenance and reduction, coordinate special projects with movers and storage facility. Coordinator for building and internal employees relocations and work as the liaison with the Fire department Marshall to ensure assignments and safety meetings are completed within scheduled time.
