Experience: June 2007-January 2008 Pfizer Global – (Consultant for Program Office) New York, New York Project Coordinator for MBSS SRM (Move Beyond Single Stream: Safety Risk Management – Patient Health): current project encompasses the retirement of several legacy systems and migrating data into one global standard platform for the collection and reporting of adverse events (ArgusSafety and ArgusInsight).
• Facilitator of BCC, Townhall & PMO core team meetings. The BCC (Business Change Champions) is the MBSS division’s Advisory Board made up of senior-level colleagues and physicians. The PMO core team is made up of project leads within MBSS. • Coordinator for MBSS eRoom (Documentum). The eRoom is used for archiving all Program Office documentation and records. Determine and apply access rights for users and perform regular maintenance functions. • Manage outstanding project items on QuickBase. Quick Base is the Issues and Risks management tool used by MBSS. Daily reports generated for various Workstreams resulting in the collection and update of all unresolved issues, risks and tasks. Workstreams include Data Migration, Implementation, Advanced Analytics, Interim & Sustain, System Testing & UAT and PCO (Pfizer Country Organization). Escalate items to the PO as needed. • Provide training for Quality Center users. Quality Center is used by MBSS for Defect Tracking and Application Testing. Compile training materials; coordinate and conduct training sessions for users. Maintain Training Tracker for audit purposes. • Track all MBSS global team personnel by maintaining onboarding/offboarding records. • Reporting: MBSS bi-weekly AtS (Adapting to Scale) Report: includes all Accomplishments, Goals, Issues and Risks from MBSS Team Leads reported via SharePoint. Quarterly MBSS IPR (Interim Program Review) Report: includes Budget and Scope details in addition to the above information. Weekly Status Reports compiled onto the Program Governance deck for MBSS Directors. Data solicited from Team Leads. • Daily monitoring of shared Mailboxes for the PMO includes routing and tracking of escalated issues, problem reporting. • Track Change Controls from submission to approval for audit and reporting purposes. • Compliance: mandatory participation in regularly scheduled GxP regulations training. These regulations ensure product efficacy and patient safety and are regulated by various agencies including the USFDA. March 2005-October 2006 ABN Amro Bank – (Consultant for IT PMO) Jersey City, New Jersey Project coordinator for system conversion and migration of BankTrade (a trade finance system), for the North America region onto the global trade platform. Execute the PMO’s MAP process (proprietary software development life cycle) for large-scale projects. Conform to all compliance and regulatory guidelines, (OFAC, AML etc.).
• Solicit input from team members in the creation of project documentation including Software Definition documents, and Technical Specs. Prepare and archive documentation as required for Production, Disaster Recovery, Audit and Quality Reviews, Change Requests etc. • Create and update project plans and coordinate individual project plans from the IT, Infrastructure, System Security and Testing Departments for consolidation with the global project plan. Monitor scheduled deliverables for delays and escalate issues as necessary to meet timelines. • Publish a weekly status report to the global project managers and the program management office indicating tasks not started, on-schedule, behind schedule, at risk, etc. in addition to budget and resource information. • Contribute to the global RAID (risks) log indicating any dependencies and potential blocking issues. Reviewing Test Director as needed for statuses on defects and reporting them as needed. (Test Director is a version control tool used for assigning and monitoring of software defects and enhancements) • Prepare for various project-related meetings with several business and technical teams by creating agenda’s, dispatching invitations using the appropriate distribution listings (this includes checking participants’ schedules on Lotus Notes) and the reservation & setup of meeting locations. The purpose of these meetings is to prioritize new initiatives, report current project status, escalate issues and create solutions. All issues and project status logs are then updated with results from these meetings and minutes are distributed. Most meetings result in follow-up issues or action items that are given a due date, prioritized and assigned. • Communicate assignments and expectations to offshore teams as needed. • Maintain the project on EPIC – similar to Workbench - (Niku Clarity software) with high-level project plan. EPIC is proprietary software layered with MS Project. This tool is used for financial forecasting, monthly budget reports. In addition, EPIC is used to add and/or request team members, assigning tasks to resources and weekly timekeeping.
September 2003–February 2004 AICPA (Consultant - Business Analyst and Documentation Specialist), Jersey City, NJ Created end-user documentation for the Oracle Applications Suite conversion project from a massive Legacy platform, at the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a non-profit organization). July 1999–June 2002 OptiMark, Inc. Senior Technical Writer Jersey City, NJ Created system life cycle and user documentation, including Developer’s Guides and Release Notes. Gathered requirements to create Functional Requirement Specs, RFPs and RFIs. Produced all required documentation for the NASDAQ’s SuperMontage System, currently live. Upon joining OptiMark, managed team of technical writers of all levels in the US Equities division, who created and maintained all user-end GUI documents and internal documentation for OptiMark applications and OMS interfaces.
