Objective: To obtain a full or part-time entry level position that utilizes my experience in customer service, retail, clerical or collections to its full extent.
Experience: I have more than six years of customer service and collections experience, five years dealing directly with computers, an insatiable appetite for challenge and success, and the ability to adapt quickly. I also have experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as various databases and some HTML programming. I graduated Valedictorian from Victor Valley College with an A.A. in Liberal Arts.
