Objective:
To obtain a full or part-time entry level position that utilizes my experience in customer service, retail, clerical or collections to its full extent.


Experience:
I have more than six years of customer service and collections experience, five years dealing directly with computers, an insatiable appetite for challenge and success, and the ability to adapt quickly. I also have experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as various databases and some HTML programming. I graduated Valedictorian from Victor Valley College with an A.A. in Liberal Arts. I feel comfortable that I can excel in any work environment.

Duties: In and outbound collection calls. Customer service. Data Entry. Encourage old subscribers to restart delivery. Start new accounts. Clean up routes where the carrier has left abruptly by calling all subscribers on the route to confirm subscription and take payment. Handle disputes. Stop accounts that were started in error or have been requested to stop by the carrier. Take credit card payments by phone.
