To Whom it May Concern

I am looking for a general manager position in the San Francisco area. In 1984, I opened up the Monterey Bay Aquarium as a bartender in the Portola Café and helped with Special Events both at the Aquarium and The Bing Crosby Events at Pebble Beach (Now the AT&T Pro-Am). From there, I went to work at the Lodge at Pebble Beach on a regular basis. Thus, began my love affair with the hospitality industry. For me it was more like a calling than a career. My strong work ethic lead me to a general manager’s position at the Executive Lodge in Pacific Grove. There, I became proficient in developing unique marketing plans and setting and reaching both professional and financial goals. I have enjoyed over 15 years of being a general manager and my management experience has given me very strong people skills and has allowed me to meet most expectations.

I believe in using a method of leading and transforming individuals to become all they can be. The primary purpose of a leader is to service his employees, while creating a unique corporate culture and building an enthusiastic staff, thus developing a strong customer loyalty. I have found that this leads to maintaining a profitable and sustainable business. My open communication with the owners and or investors guaranteed a strong and prosperous relationship.

Please feel free to call me on my cell phone at 925-922-4208
My Email address is: bstade2002@yahoo.com

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Barry Stade
