-Was responsible for the oversight of a 24/6 animal proteins conversion manufacturing facility with 75 employees, 3 tiers of management and 3 satellite reload facilities. Sales increased by 44%, productivity increased 17%, cash flow improved annually, job specific training program implemented, new satellite reload facility start-up, built new satellite reload building, new $15M production facility building project started, downtime was reduced 17%.

Feed Systems Director
-Developed the feed systems department from ground up for this 20,000 sow farrow to finish hog operation. Overall feed costs were decreased by 20% in first 10 months ($270,000), and over $500,000 in first year; Bio-security system was implemented. Through grain and ingredient contracting, risk management; coordinating and contract negotiation with local and toll mill sites; production, ordering and delivery of finished feeds; and utilization of contracted Swine Nutritionist to assist in development of ration and medication protocols, swine growth improved 14%.
