Increased annual sales $5.5 million by introducing new product. Evaluated customer requirements to identify market potential of new die cam product. Developed production requirements. Acquired needed equipment, added necessary floor space, created production plan, then trained production staff. Refined processes to develop finest die cam line on the market, outdistancing competition in quality and product utility.
Increased profit margins 10% while driving gross sales from $9.9 to $15 million. Noted company was producing a technologically superior product but could not produce enough to meet demand. Redesigned floor layout, acquired upgraded CNC and auto load equipment, and implemented massive employee training program to improve efficiency.
