Senior Financial Analyst/Controller Report directly to the CFO of a Real Estate Investment Company with over $500 million dollars in assets. Responsible for all planning, forecasting and budgeting functions. Responsible for the entire financial period and month-end close process. Responsible for analysis of acquisitions and disposition. Present weekly and monthly financial results to senior management. Manage a staff of four accountants and two A/P clerks.
Responsible for monthly accounting cycle for a company with over $500 million dollars in real estate assets. Responsible for preparing and tracking the corporate budget, as well as forty-five residential and eight commercial properties’ budgets.
Work directly with the CFO on all financing activity for the properties from cash management to refinancing existing mortgages and adding new mortgages when needed.
