Experience: June 2007 to Present Texas Facilities Commission Employee Benefits & Administration Specialist Perform advanced administrative work in Human Resources. Work with the Fiscal Division to develop and participate in the implementation of an effective and uniform HR and payroll system. Serve as the agency administrator of employee benefits, Family Medical Leave and Sick Leave Pool. Create, verify or edit all Personnel Action forms for the agency.
