I have a year of extensive experience as a high volume Mortgage Loan Processor and achieved my Loan Originator's credentials during that time. Additional Information: *Submitted 40+ loans per month. 80% to World Savings, 20% to Sub-Prime or other A Paper Lenders. Thirty five loans funded per month average. Average funding time of 21 days, dependent upon Lender and their requirements. *Processed Refinance, Purchases, and Inter-Family Transfers. Some loans required Subordination on Borrower's current 2nd mortgage. Extensive knowledge and experience with Option ARM, Fixed Rate, Interest Only and HELOC loans. Processed loans utilizing both Stated Income and Full Documentation requirements. *Opened Escrow, ordered Title Reports, Payoff Demand Statements, and Estimated HUD form Title Company. Pre-Complianced all Disclosure Forms received form Originating Agent. Re-Disclosed on any missing, incomplete, or incorrect forms and reissued to Agent. *Ordered Appraisal, Septic, Water Probability, Pest Inspection (Florida), Re-Inspections, Verification of Mortgage and written documentation of Verification of Employment when necessary. Imported new files from Calyx Point Software and ordered the Borrower's Credit Report from Credit Plus. *Copied and shipped files to Lenders using TransBox Services, with the exception of World Savings, as they require only forms 1008, signed 1003, and Borrower's Credit Reports be faxed to their underwriting teams. *Daily contact with Agents, Lenders, and Title Companies answering all questions related to loans currently in progress and informing Agents of any follow-up requirements. Maintained detailed records of all contact with all parties. Included email sent and received, telephone conversations, and hard copy correspondence. All communication and details of each loan recorded in Point's "Conversation Log" to eliminate misunderstandings. *Received Conditional Loan Approvals with Lender's conditions and met all requirements for both Stated and Full Documentation Applications. *Ordered Wire Transfer instructions and Closing Protection Letter from Title Company at Lender's request, forwarding the required documents. Upon Borrower's and Agents meeting all Lender's requirements, I received, completed, and signed the "Broker Demand Statement" with was then faxed back to the Lender. Adjusted "Truth and Lending", "Good Faith Estimate", "California Commitment Agreement", and "1003 Application" to reflect any needed corrections or changes in regards to the Interest Rate, Terms, and/or compensations requested by the Agent. Handled all "Re-Draws". Ordered updated Title Reports and updated signatures on the form 1003 when required by Lender. Confirmed Title Company followed through in sending Lender "Voided Note and Deed" so Re-Draw could be completed. *Faxed or emailed Final Disclosures to Title Company, using vForms and Microsoft Outlook, for the required signatures at closing. Requested, for Compliance requirements, that signed originals be returned with the HUD after Funding/Recording. Received HUD from Title Company and Complianced Funded files to meet all legal and All Fund Mortgage brokerage requirements. Contacted Title Company requesting any necessary corrections to HUD ensuring final file conformed to Compliance Standards. Updated Point System "Tracking Log" to reflect dates on which the Credit Report, Title, Appraisal, etc. were ordered. Updated "Documents Out", "Loan Funded", Loan Recorded", and "Loan Closed" sections to assist with the company's monthly Tracking Reports. *Completed and printed all necessary "Declined" Forms in all software programs to properly close all Declined Files (Compliance requirement for All Fund Mortgage).
