Healthcare Experience

ƒáStaff nurse, Pharmaceutical call center. Responsible for educational support services to Health Care Professionals, Consumers and those interested in learning more about an innovative product (Inhaled Insulin). Research appropriate responses to caller inquiries and provide approved responses. Record all data required for management of call and within the client¡¦s regulatory requirements. Identify and accurately report all special circumstances.

ćDefined and implemented an active account review and deactivation process, resulting in the elimination of more than half of all active (unused) accounts for the local site producing increased security and efficiency for the system.
