Operated a family-oriented dental practice specializing in advanced restorative and periodontic treatments. Produced over $650K in 2006 and grew the practice 15% in 2007. Assembled an extremely competent and patient-friendly staff, developed office procedures and put together compensation plans that enabled the entire team to work together to maximize production.
Converted the entire office to paperless systems and also adopted state-of-the-art systems for diagnosing, scheduling and billing. Developed marketing plans, including partnerships with neighboring businesses that resulted in an average of 15-20 new patients per month. Worked with community schools on educational programs to create better awareness of oral health among children.
