Objective:
To acquire a position as a Technical Training Specialist, Solutions Specialist, or Project Leader within a company that not only will allow me to utilize my skilled specialty but also will allow me the opportunity to impart my knowledge on others.


Experience:
• Taught thousands of end users Ricoh business process and technical product lines nationally.
• Trained students on connectivity of Ricoh products and document solutions on both entry and advanced levels. Document Solutions include: Documentmall (Documentum backend), Stellent, Global Scan, ScanRouter Enterprise, eCopy (integrates with assorted back ends e.g. RightFax, Captiva, Hummingbird, etc.)
• Audience training included entry to advanced level classes taught to a variety of students including field technicians, tier 1~3 technical support personnel, marketing and sales associates and executives.

• Coordinated, documented and tracked all training schedules, data loads and associated classroom PC maintenance as well as set up for all classes weekly.
• Created new and maintain existing GHOST images for all classroom PC’s.
• Assist core design group in writing hardware and software related classes.
• Managed and conducted testing labs for accuracy and functionality in both written and practical forms.
• Instrumental in working with the design group to create and teach Ricoh University’s first fully accelerated learning courses.
• Maintained all classroom equipment and address books for scanning purposes.
