Objective:
Seeking employment as an avionics, electronics or field service technician located in southern California.


Experience:
- 20 years as a Naval Aviation Electronics Technician
- Rated as a technical expert in the Navy
- Demonstrated the ability to maintain, operate, and repair a wide variety of automatic test stations, commercial plug-in units and aircraft integrated weapons and navigation equipment.

Experienced in preventative and corrective electronics maintenance on the following equipment:
- Integrated electronic assemblies and wiring systems in naval attack aircraft.
- Doppler RADAR
- Computer navigation systems
- RADAR, infrared, and integrated weapons systems
- Troubleshooting and isolating malfunctions of RADAR and navigation equipment from naval attack aircraft utilizing commercial automatic testing stations down to the component level
- RADAR countermeasures systems
- RADAR search and navigation equipment
- Computer navigation systems.

Knowledgeable at using the following tools and equipment to troubleshoot, isolate and repair equipment malfunctions.

- Spectrum analyzers
- Synthesized Signal Generators
- Digital Multimeters
- Power Meters
- Time Domain Reflectometer
- Digital Oscilloscopes

Experienced in reading schematic and block diagrams and using the following tools to assist in troubleshooting and repair:
- Soldering tools
- Hand tools
- Power tools
- Wire repair tools
