Additional Information:
My name is Sarah Platt and ART has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I began as a young girl with drawing, pottery and jewelry. When I was 15 years old, I attended a program at Hockaday School where I learned the basics of shooting and editing video and writing short scripts. I continued my art interests at Savannah College of Arts & Design where I earned a BFA in Film & Video. After graduation, I continued my artistic pursuits through drawing classes at the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale, a ten-week course in glass art (blowing and casting) at the Penland School of Crafts and through the development of painting skills and style. I have enjoyed and learned a great deal in my work as a graphics artist for the Broward County School System, a job that gave me the opportunity to significantly expand my computer graphics skills.
