This project will correct the internal audit report, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and OOC guidance letters to ensure compliance with transmission of restricted and confidential data for the Enterprise.

3. IL ONLINE and CORE Alignment
Brief:
Wells Fargo has embarked on CORE projects for its Mortgage Products. Institution Lending is one of Mortgage Portfolio.
This project is aligning IL Information Technology with CORE.

4. Non Agency Conduit Project
Brief:
The Non-Agency Conduit Project builds upon the manual Conduit process that was established in late 2005. It seeks to automate some manual tasks to allow for easier loan processing and program tracking.
The Non-Agency Conduit Project seeks to enable the tracking of Conduit Loans from registration on mainframe/ host through the downstream systems for Correspondent Lending.

5. Purchase Advice
Brief:
Automate Purchase Advice delivery to IL Online clients and to enhance the current Suspense Report that resides on IL Online.

6. Apptaker on the Web (Distributed Retail on the Web)
Brief:
Provide for the redesign of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage’s existing distributed retail sales, operations, and support process. Through a centralized, customized, and integrated platform, Apptaker on the Web (Distributed Retail on the Web) will enable team members to serve customers/ clients better. It allows for zero defects, compliant business practices, rapid organization processes, and intuitive technology.
Apptaker on the Web (Distributed Retail on the Web) uses an iterative approach to create an integrated infrastructure.
